I'm now 31 years of age and I have no idea what it's like to be even slightly overweight. So far in my life I've been very fortunate. It's imperative to watch what you're consuming on a regular basis, and avoid eating more than you actually need.

My job is very important – I help plan out the lunch menu for almost 2000 children. You see, I work as a community nutrition expert for one of the local schools.
