The right amounts can actually be absorbed by changing the diet without the risks involved by taking a dietary supplement. You may consult a diet specialist. For example, many sprinters and power athletes, are taking creatine supplements because it gives them a legal edge. But there is a risk, as it is possible that they have been infected by prohibited substances. This is a risk to your fitness health, and a risk financially if you are a professional athlete. 5) Your health will improve if you minimize the number of tablets that you take. Paracetamol may seem okay, but you will be surprised how often a headache can be cured by drinking water, having something to eat or sitting in a silent place. 6) By stretching more, you can improve your health. Your muscles get shorter through goodexercise, and if you never stretch you will get injured. One method is to warm up slowly first, then spend several minutes stretching before the main workout. You also need to stretch after exercise. 7) If you are exercising more, you have to keep hydrated. This means drinking water and sports drinks if you are sweating a lot. You lose minerals in your body while sweating. Five glasses of water per day is also suggested, but if you are working out, you need to drink more than this. Don't get carried away, though, because it can be just as dangerous to drink too much as too little. 8) Do your exercises with other individuals. Your fitness will get better if you have other people to motivate you and you might meet new friends. 9) Do not become too competitive as this may damage your health. It's good to receive motivation from other people, but you should only be competing against yourself. You could become injured if you try too hard to keep up with another person. 10) Have fun!
